As a Program Manager in Chen Institute, Dr. Li is responsible for the day-to-day management of Institute’s initiatives and communications with its beneficiary organizations/individuals. Create, administer and oversee support programs for young scientists. Build a network of scientists, faculty members who are potential candidates or advisors to the Institute initiatives. Dr. Li received her Ph.D. in Neuroscience at the Institute of Neuroscience, Chinese Academy of Sciences at Shanghai. She spent six years as a postdoctoral fellow at Profession Fred H. Gage’s lab at the Salk Institute. She then moved to Stanford and worked with Professor Thomas Sudhof and Marius Wernig for two years. Prior to joining Chen Institute, Dr. Li worked at a startup company at Menlo Park , California.
