Graduated from Supelec (Master of Science in Electronics Engineering) and EM Lyon (Executive MBA), Mr Paing worked in Taiwan (1998-1999) and Vietnam (2002-2005) for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and at SAGEM (optical communication systems Division) and BIMSolutions (Mobile Internet software solutions) in Paris from 1999 to 2002 as pre-sales engineer. Since 2005, Mr Paing joined the CEA and has been successively appointed strategic marketing manager, deputy Director of MINATEC innovation campus and VP Sales & Marketing of CEA-LETI. In August 2013, he moved to Tokyo to take over the position of CEA Tech representative in Japan, and in 2017 he moved to California (Pasadena) and he is now managing CEA Tech strategic partnerships in North America.
